When the life that worked doesn't fit anymore
A workshop for the space between who you’ve been and who you’re becoming
Sometimes nothing is dramatically wrong.
And yet something no longer feels right.
The career you worked hard to build feels strangely empty.
A relationship has changed.
Your children need you differently.
You’ve achieved something you spent years pursuing - and expected it to feel different.
You’re entering a new season of life.
Or you’re simply realizing that the person you’ve become may want something different from the person who made your original plans.
These moments can be surprisingly disorienting.
Because when a life is obviously broken, change makes sense.
And, what do you do when your life still works…
and you don’t quite fit inside it anymore?
This workshop is about that space.
The space between an old identity and an emerging one.
Between gratitude for what you’ve built and permission to want something different.
Between:
“I should be happy.”
and the quieter question:
“Is this still mine?”
Together we’ll explore:
How to distinguish temporary dissatisfaction from deeper misalignment
Why identities we’ve worked hard to build can be particularly difficult to question
The grief that can accompany growth - even when change is wanted
How obligation, fear, loyalty and other people’s expectations influence our choices
What to do when you know something needs to change and don’t yet know what
How to begin identifying what belongs in your next chapter
This workshop may especially resonate if:
You’re questioning your career or the work you’ve built
You’re navigating caregiving, divorce, empty nesting, relocation, burnout, retirement or reinvention
You’ve accomplished what you thought you were supposed to accomplish and are surprised it doesn’t feel like enough
You feel pulled toward something different and also can’t yet explain what it is
You’re somewhere between versions of yourself
You don’t need to arrive with a five-year plan.
You don’t even need to know what you want next.
Sometimes the first step is simply becoming honest about what no longer fits.
