Sometimes it means listening more closely to what has been there all along.
ANAR is a 28-day reflective container for people who can feel that something is shifting.
Maybe the life that worked no longer fits in quite the same way.
Maybe you have spent so much time caring, adapting, achieving, holding things together, or moving forward that you are not entirely sure what you need now.
ANAR creates space to notice.
Not to fix yourself.
Not to become someone new.
To return.
The Four Movements
Movement One: Skin
Protection
What has protected me, and what has become armor?
We begin by noticing the reactions, roles, and strategies that have helped us move through the world, with curiosity rather than judgment.
Movement Two: Seeds
Many Parts
What part of me needs a little more room today?
Like the seeds held inside a pomegranate, we can contain many truths at once. The part that wants change and the part that is afraid. The part that is tired and the part that keeps pushing. The part that knows and the part that still does not.
Movement Three: Juice
Feeling Alive
What makes me feel alive?
This movement turns toward sensation, emotion, appetite, pleasure, grief, sweetness, tartness, and what wakes something up inside us.
Movement Four: Return
Belonging
Where do I feel most like myself, and what helps me return there?
We close by exploring belonging, values, connection, identity, and what it might mean to live a little closer to ourselves.
Who ANAR Is For
ANAR may resonate if you are:
navigating a transition or change
feeling disconnected from yourself
carrying a lot for other people
questioning what comes next
moving through burnout or overwhelm
reconsidering an identity or role that once fit
craving more connection, reflection, or intentionality
simply curious about what might happen if you listened to yourself a little more closely
You do not need to be in crisis or experiencing a particular problem to participate.
Most days are designed to require only about 10 to 20 minutes.
There is no expectation that participants complete every prompt or practice perfectly.
Short FAQ
What is ANAR?
ANAR is a 28-day guided experience exploring protection, identity, emotion, aliveness, belonging, and return through reflection, guided audio practices, a workbook, and live community.
Is ANAR therapy?
No. ANAR is an educational and coaching-based reflective experience. It is not psychotherapy, diagnosis, medical treatment, or crisis care.
How much time does it take?
There is no required daily time commitment. Most practices are designed to take approximately 10 to 20 minutes, and participants are encouraged to engage in a way that feels supportive rather than burdensome.
Do I need to do something every day?
No. The 28 days create a container rather than a checklist.
Do I need a pomegranate?
No. The pomegranate is the central metaphor for ANAR, but participants do not need one in order to participate.
Are the live circles required?
No. They are optional opportunities for reflection and connection.
Will the live circles be recorded?
No.
Do I have to share during the live circles?
No. Listening is participation too.
What if I fall behind?
There is no behind. Participants are invited to return wherever they are.
